We begin by understanding your specific needs, goals, and learner audience. This step involves discussing the challenge you may be trying to solve or your learning objectives. This will ensure we design a training solution that aligns with your needs.
Content Strategy and Instructional Design

Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, you’ll partner with one of our Instructional Designers. We’ll gather insights, write storyboards and scripts—all while keeping you involved to ensure the content meets your vision. (If your bandwidth is tight and collaboration needs to be limited, you can rest easy knowing our team has you covered!)
Development

Our team will design a visual concept design for your approval, reflecting your specific brand and company culture, ensuring it resonates with your team. Once approved, it’s time to bring it to life! We incorporate graphic design, multimedia elements, animation, gamification, and interactive components, to make your training engaging and effective.

Implementation & Testing
After design and development, it’s time for implementation, where we support the integration of the training into your learning management system (LMS) or other platforms. Our team can conduct thorough testing to ensure the course functions seamlessly.
